If one or many of the sections listed below are varied post QA approval, the Outline is exempt from subsequent QA.
That is, if ONLY the sections listed below are varied, the Author is able to mark the Outline 'Ready to Publish' without further QA approval. Therefore if ANY section not listed is varied, the Outline is must be reviewed by a QA Officer. If a published Outline requires QA, the Head of School will be automatically placed in the QA Officer role so as to approve the variation.
