Quality Assure an Outline > Quality Assurance screen

The Subject Outlines tool 'Quality Assurance' tab provides the hub from which QA Officers can manage and perform quality assurance on Outlines.

The 'Quality Assurance' list

The 'Quality Assurance' list provides the following columns of information.

Outline	The naming convention of the Outline.
Author	The current Author of the Outline. Note there may have been multiple Authors.
Status	The Outline's phase of development - see Outline Development Process for status information.
Roles	Staff with Quality Assurance Officer responsibility for the subject offering/s as per the SCMF.

'Quality Assurance' functionality

The 'Quality Assurance' list provides the following functionality.

View / QA Outline / Edit	Click anywhere on the Outline row to display the pop-up menu. Select either View, QA Outline or Edit from the pop-up menu. Menu options depend on permission levels - see Your 'Quality Assurance' List for information on QA Officer permissions. Note that you will only be able to Edit an Outline from your QA list if you are also the current Author of the Outline and the Outline has a status of either Draft or Revisions Required.
Roles	Click on the icon to see a list of staff with Quality Assurance Officer responsibility for the subject offering/s as per the SCMF. See Change QAO for details regarding the Current QAO's ability to handover QAO permissions to another potential QAO.
Sort	Click on any column title to sort. To sort by multiple columns hold 'Shift' key while clicking desired column titles.
Show Items	Select the number of Outlines you wish to 'Show' per page from the dropdown menu, use the single arrows to navigate between pages and the double arrows to skip to the first or last page.
