Quality Assure an Outline

Academic Senate resolved that each Faculty be responsible for their policy on assuring the quality of Subject Outlines. The Quality Assurance component of the Subject Outlines tool was created to support QA Officers in managing and performing quality assurance as defined and required by Faculty policy.

The Subject Outlines tool 'Quality Assurance' screen provides the hub from which QA Officers can uphold their Faculty Outline QA policy. The QA screen utilises the QA Officer role. Any staff member with a CSU username/password is able to be placed in this role by Schools via the SCMF. The contents and functionality of your Quality Assurance list is dependent on your role as a 'QA Officer'; as well as the status and access settings which determine your permissions - see Your 'Quality Assurance' List for details.
