Authors may reuse section content from another Outline if it is available for reuse.
To initiate a search for reusable section content:
| 1) | click the Reuse Content icon |
| 2) | input at least one (1) search parameter and click the Search button. |
| a. | See Working Title to learn about applying a custom name to the Outline during the draft phase to enhance retrieval. |
| b. | See Section Tags to learn about using tags to enhance retrieval. |

| 3) | If successful, a results list will display. Outline names listed in grey text are not available for reuse. To learn more about the availability of content for reuse see Reuse Outline content. |

| 4) | Click on a result to expand a preview of the content. Note that a message will display if the selected Outline does not contain any content within the section. Preview content from the results list until the desired content is found. A 'New Search' can also be initiated by clicking the button in the top left-hand corner. |

| 5) | To reuse the displayed content, click the 'Use This Content' button at the foot of the preview panel. |
| 6) | A pop-up will advise that any existing content will be overwritten with the selected content. |

| 7) | Click 'Continue' to confirm your selection or 'Cancel' to retain the existing content. |
| 8) | You will then be returned to the Edit screen where the selected content has been injected into the Outline section and the content can be edited as desired. |
