Tags are keywords which can be added by the Author to enhance retrieval of the content for future reuse.
Authors may add their own keywords to the content by:
| 1) | clicking on the white tag icon  from within the section menu; |
| 2) | inputting a keyword; |
| 3) | clicking the green 'add' icon to save. |
Repeat steps 2 and 3 until all desired keywords are added. Tags can be removed by clicking on the red 'delete' icon. Click on the 'X' to close the tag pop-up window. Once a section contains tags, the white tag icon will display a blue marking
.
Tags can then be used in the future within the 'Section Tag' search parameter to enhance retrieval of the content for reuse within another Subject Outline.
