Subject Summary group

The Subject Summary is the first grouping of information in a Subject Outline. As its name suggests, it contains a summary of the subject offering details including the Subject Coordinator.

The information contained in the Subject Summary is enterprise data - i.e. drawn from University databases deemed the authoritative source of the data. As a result this information cannot be edited within the Subject Outlines tool - it must be changed at its source.

The screenshot below depicts 'hover help' for the data which will pop-up upon clicking the blue 'Help' icon to display information about the data source.

Refer to the specific section information for further detail about the data including information regarding the maintenance of the data. If Subject Summary data is updated at its source, the 'Data refresh' button can be clicked to refresh the Outline with the latest information.
