Vary an Outline

The 'Vary' functionality supports policy and process required to make a variation to an Outline. A ‘variation’ is defined as any Outline which is edited when it has a:

•	‘QA Approved – Awaiting Publication’ status; or

•	‘Published’ status (policy on Variations of Subject Outlines (L6.3 [1.4]) applies).
