By selecting the 'Yes' radio button, the Author is able to:
| ▪ | view QA comments made by the QA Officer - to review their comment and action as necessary. |
| ▪ | input QA Comments - to enable 2-way communication between the Author and the QA Officer. Comments are 'stamped' with the name of the person who made the comment, their Subject Outline tool role and the date and time that the comment was added. |
Comments can be inputted into a 'General QA Comments' rich text editor (limited to 2000 characters per comment). Note that a 'comment count' adjacent the Yes/No radio buttons will indicate the number of sections which have comments. The example below indicates 3 sections have comments.

Comments can also be inputted against a section using a plain text field (limited to 512 characters per comment). To input a comment against a section, click on the 'comments' icon (speech bubble) displayed against the section header, input the comment and click 'Add Comment'. You will notice that the 'comments' icon will display a dark blue marking once the section has comments made against it.
