My Outlines > Your 'My Outlines' List

Your 'My Outlines' list will display all created Subject Outlines for any for subject for which you have a responsibility, i.e. your School Office has assigned either the Subject Coordinator or Nominal Subject Coordinator role to you via the Subject Coordinator Maintenance Form (SCMF).

Permissions to action Outlines in your My Outlines list

Your ability to action an Outline within your 'My Outlines' list is dependent on your role, the access setting (which is determined by the Author) and the status of the Outline. An Outline will display in the list in a certain colour to indicate your level of permissions.

Author	N/A	Full permissions as relevant to the status of the Outline	Dark blue
Subject Coordinator or Nominal Subject Coordinator	Public	Users can select 'View' from the pop-up menu. Light blue results are Outlines which have 'public' access or a status of Awaiting Publication or Published	Light blue
Subject Coordinator or Nominal Subject Coordinator	Private	No permissions - user cannot select to 'View' the Outline unless the Author changes the access to 'public' or until the Outline obtains a status of Awaiting Publication	Grey
