FAQs for casual and sessional staff
1. Q: Why isn't my Interact subject site visible?
A: You haven't been added as yet – see Q. 2; or
The site may not yet have been created or published; or
The site may be listed under the ‘More sites' tab.
2. Q: How do I get added to an Interact subject site?
A. Either by the Subject Coordinator or by being added to the Subject Coordinators Database (See your School admin staff).
3. Q: What do I do if I encounter a technical difficulty?
A. Call the DIT Service Desk 84357 or fill out a Service Desk Request
4. Q: How do I get help with a specific Interact tool?
A: Click on the
icon within each tool – look in the top right hand corner of tool window; or
Click on the ‘Help' button at bottom of left hand menu and find the tool in the alphabetically ordered list.
