WorkShop Guidelines and Processes
This document outlines the procedure for a workshop to be counted for Performance Based Funding (PBF) Teaching.

- The Workshop is to be about Learning and or Teaching and run for at least one hour
- Staff who are permanently employed full time, part time or on a .4 or more contract of more than 9 months can qualify for PBF.
- The facilitator can register their workshop with DLTS before the day of the workshop if unsure it qualifies for PBF.
- A brief summary of the workshop content is to be included with the attendance sheet.
- All attendees at workshop are to sign the authorised attendance sheet.
- On completion of the workshop a copy of the attendance sheet should be given to the Schools Administrative Assistant for school records. Original to be sent to the DLTS Administrative Officer, Bathurst.
The Director of DLTS sends out 2 updates each year in July and October. Each School has the opportunity to query their updates at this stage.
Finalisation of data collection is completed by early December each year. A final report is sent out late December.
