ePortfolios @ CSU
Why use an ePortfolio?
Using an ePortfolio gives you more responsibility and control over your learning and professional development, making it an excellent tool for lifelong learning. It can also help you:
- make and keep records to build confidence and a sense of progress;
- make connections between different aspects of your life, including both formal and informal learning;
- enhance your communication and organisational skills;
- regularly review and reflect on your learning and personal development;
- build skills in personal and professional planning;
- foster a strong self-knowledge that will help you prepare for job applications and interviews.

The PebblePad Blog - tips and tricks for extending its use beyond the basic
Your ePortfolio is your private space which you can use for managing your own learning and development, and for sharing and collaborating with others. Use it to create and gather your ideas, evidence, reflections and feedback from your various learning experiences, both here at CSU as well as from other areas of your life. You can then develop one or more ePortfolio presentations to demonstrate your learning and abilities.
