Human Resources
IT Access
- To activate your CSU Login, go to the login page of My.CSU
- Click on the link, 'Activate my account' and follow the prompts.
- This will provide a Username and temporary Password.
- Your password must be changed within 12 hours.
- To activate your account you will require your Staff ID No. which will be provided to you by your School Administration contact (Link to School contact details).
- my.csu is your personalised portal to the full range of online services and facilities for CSU students and staff. The URL (or Web address) is: http://my.csu.edu.au.
- This webpage portal is the front door to the CSU online environment and provides links to a broad variety of online services necessary for staff, such as personal details, CSU discussion forums, Interact, Email, IT Services, Library and other administrative areas of the University.

- Once you have logged in to my.csu you can access the 'Email' box that is displayed Click on the hyperlink that states - 'Staff may access Web Outlook here', you will again be prompted for your username and password and then a Web Outlook window will display. You are able to send and receive emails using this application. All official emails will be sent to this address so it is important that you access them regularly.
- If you are working on campus at Charles Sturt University, you will also be able to access your email using Microsoft Outlook via your allocated computer. Full details of this service are located here

Policy on the use of University Computing and Communication Facilities
- This policy (.rtf) outlines authorised use of CSU's computing and communication facilities
- Web Kiosk is a self service function of the university's Human Resources Information System. It enables staff members to access information online regarding payslips, pay disbursements, personal details, emergency contacts, job related details and internal training details.
- To access Web Kiosk, go to http://www.csu.edu.au, select the 'Staff' option at the top right hand corner of the screen. In the 'Key Resources' table, select 'Web Self Service Kiosk', you will be prompted to enter your username and password. For detailed instructions on how to make a pay claim, detailed instructions are available online
