What is it?
Facilities
- Communal space for individual and collaborative study in an informal and comfortable setting
- 24-hour access and security monitoring
- Computer workstations and wireless access
- Assistive Technology room
- Café (Opening 8.30am - 3.30pm) and vending machines for coffee and tempting treats
- Toilets (including disabled access)
- Printing facilities
Security
The Bathurst Learning Commons (BLC) is a secure place to work. The access system after-hours only allows CSU Students and staff to access and is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
Large monitors display the CCTV security feeds, so Learning Commons users can observe what is happening around them. Security Officers patrol this area.
