InSync 2008 - Additional Analysis

In 2008, CSU Library took part in an independent client survey, which is conducted across Australian and New Zealand University Libraries. The initial results of this survey are available on the 2008 Library Client Satisfaction Survey page. Additional analysis of these results has just been received, comparing benchmarked qualitative analysis of the comments received by 23 universities that participated in the survey.

The report benchmarks the top five performers in the 20 themes that emerged from comments across the universities and, where applicable, compares these with the top five quantitative scores (as reported last year). CSU Library scores well in several of these categories.

The last part of the report lists five best practice categories. CSU is listed in four of these and tops one of them - Communication! The Library’s commitment to communication is demonstrated through its range of communication channels including:
