2010 Library Client Survey

In the two years between the 2008 and 2010 surveys, your satisfaction with the library’s performance improved. We’ve listed the top ten areas that were most important to you in 2010, and are pleased that five of these were also amongst the top ten areas where you thought we performed well.

There is always room for improvement though, so we’ve also looked at the areas where you wanted us to do better, and told you how we’ve addressed these in the past two years.
