Greening the Library: The Committee
Terms of Reference
- To advise and make recommendations to the Director, Client Services on matters relating to financial, social and environmental sustainability
- To develop plans and procedures for the Division to implement sustainability practices
- To facilitate the exchange of information and raise awareness within the Division on sustainability within the Division
- To monitor implementation of sustainability practices across the Division
- To develop and maintain a web page of resources for the Library web site that promotes sustainability practices

The position of chair rotates every twelve months.
Meetings
Meetings are held once a month. Minutes are taken at each meeting and are available on request, as are annual reports.
