Many individual eBooks are purchased or selected by library staff for listing in CSU’s library catalogue. The following are links to additional sources of electronic texts which you may not find in the catalogue.
General
- Connexions - A collaborative space for the viewing and sharing of knowledge chunks that can be organised as courses, books or reports.
- Flat World Knowledge - “Open college” textbooks, created by experts and enhanced by users.
- Google Books - Search the full text of books from selected libraries and publishers. May include short excerpts and sometimes provides access to the full text.
- List of E-Text Archives - Links to a wide variety of eText sources.
- New Zealand Electronic Text Centre - Free archive of New Zealand and Pacific islands books, manuscripts and journals. Includes an archive of Maori documents, as well as some classics of New Zealand literature, and literature relating to New Zealand natural history. Access is sometimes slow.
- Online Books Page - Listing of more than 35,000 free web-accessible books in a variety of disciplines.
- Pandora: Australia's Web Archive - This massive archive of Australian online publications on various topics is produced by the National Library of Australia and various partners.
- Project Gutenberg. Contains thousands of books in the public domain.
- Questia - Free access to more than 5000 titles in the public domain.
- World Digital Library - International collection of texts supported by UNESCO and developed by a team at the US Library of Congress in collaboration with partner institutions in many countries.

- Asian Development Bank - Most recently published ADB documents are available freely via the internet. Use the search menu to find reports on a specific country or topic.
- Cambodia Development Resource Institute - Many of CDRI's publications can be downloaded free.
- USAID Documents - Use the pull-down menu to find reports on particular countries, such as Cambodia, Chine or Malaysia.
- World Bank Publications & Documents - Thousands of documents and reports published by the World Bank are available as free downloadable documents. Use the search menu to find reports on a specific country or topic.

- Core Historical Literature of Agriculture - Large collection of agriculture texts published in the 19th and 20th centuries. Topics covered include agricultural economics, agricultural engineering, animal science, crops and crio protection, food science, forestry, human nutrition, rural sociology and soil science. Scholars have selected the titles in this collection for their historical importance.
- Magnetic Resonance Online Texts - Links to free eBooks and other materials on magnetic resonance, including NMR and MRI.
- National Academies Press - Many of National Academies Press’s publications can be read free online. NAP publishes in various scientific disciplines, including agriculture, biology and life sciences, computers and information technology, earth sciences, environmental sciences, food and nutrition, health and medicine, mathematics, chemistry and physics.
- Sustainable Tourism CRC - Free access to hundreds of research reports on sustainable tourism in Australia.
