Check 'My Library Record' in the Catalogue

You can only check your record after you have signed-in to the catalogue.

1. Visit the Catalogue.
2. Click My Library Record at the top of the page.
3. Enter your ID number and PIN, then click Log On.
   • Your ID number is your CSU student number preceded by "cs" (eg: cs12345678).
   • Your PIN is the date and month of your birth (eg: 4 June = 0406).
4. Select the required option from the list:
   • Loans - to view & renew your current loans
   • Loan history list - to display list of your past loans
   • Hold requests - to display list of your outstanding requests and the current status of the items
   • Photo requests - to display list of outstanding photocopy requests
   • Cash transactions - to display list of current & past library charges / fines
