Check 'My Library Record' in the Catalogue

1. Visit the Catalogue.
2. Click My Library Record at the top of the page.
3. Enter your ID number and PIN, then click Log On.
   • Your ID number is your CSU student number preceded by "cs" (e.g. cs12345678).
   • Your PIN is the date and month of your birth (e.g. 4 June = 0406).
4. Select the required option from the list:
   • Loans - to view & renew your current loans
   • Loan history list - to display list of your past loans
   • Hold requests - to display list of your outstanding requests and the current status of the items
   • Photo requests - to display list of outstanding photocopy requests
   • ‘Click here to see if you have fines’ - to display list of current & past library charges/fines
