Renew or Extend Loans

To renew your loans:

Visit the Catalogue.
Click My Library Record at the top of the page.
Enter your ID number and PIN, then click Log On.
- Your ID number is your CSU student number preceded by "cs" (eg: cs12345678).
- Your PIN is the date and month of your birth (eg: 4 June = 0406)
Click Loans from the list of Activities.
You will see a numbered list of all your current loans. Click the check-box next to the loan you want to renew, then click Renew Selected at the top of the page.
- If you want to renew more than one loan, you can select multiple loans, then click Renew Selected.
- If you want to renew all your loans, click Renew All.

Note:

You will not be able to renew loans if...

... you have overdue books.
... you have outstanding fines or library charges of $10.00.
... another student has placed a request on that item

You will be able to renew items, but only on or before their due dates. For more information about loan periods and the maximum number of allowed renewals, please visit the Borrowing and Requesting page.
