Can I access online collections?
Yes. Online journal databases and eBooks are available to you.
Is there a way I can book a specialised training session with a librarian?

How do I borrow from the Library?
To borrow from the Library all students (excluding Offshore and Overseas DE students), require a current CSU ID card.

Does the Library post books to DE students living overseas?

Yes, from 2010 the Library will post books to DE students living overseas who are currently enrolled through an Australian CSU campus. The Library will only lend books and does not include short term loans and Audio Visual (AV) items such as games, test kits, puppets, Interlibrary book loans, videos and DVDs. Library books cannot be requested from CSU campuses at St. Marks, Dubbo and Ontario.
Please note: This service does not extend to students studying through CSU Offshore partner and affiliated institutions.

How will books be sent to me?
Library items will be delivered by Australia Post to domestic students and Australia Post International Courier Service to Overseas DE students.
Do I have to pay for items to be sent to me?
The Library will pay the postage cost to send items out.
Return postage service for Distance Education students living in Australia is free. A postage paid return address label will be included in each DE postage parcel sent by the Library from 22 March 2011. This label can simply be affixed to each parcel when posting back to the Library.
At this stage, the return postage service does not include items borrowed through the InterLibrary Loans scheme and does not extend to DE students living outside of Australia.
Library items should be returned in padded envelopes.

Can I renew a loan of a book?
Yes, up to 4 times.
How long can I borrow DVDs and videos?
14 days.
Please note: DVDs and Videos will not be posted outside of Australia.
Can I renew a loan of a DVD or video?
