Who is an Offshore student?
Students classified as Offshore are those students studying through CSU partner and affiliated institutions.
Can I access online collections?
Yes, you can access databases, ebooks and other online resources from the Find Information link on the Library Homepage.
Can I receive electronic document delivery?
Yes. Requests for copies of book chapters and journal articles can be made online through Primo Search. Copies will be scanned and sent to your email address.

Can I borrow from libraries close to me?
All CSU offshore students are welcome to request a Letter of Introduction from the CSU Library to assist you in accessing a library near you. You can use the Ask a Question Web Form to request a Letter of Introduction.

Please note: A Letter of Introduction does not guarantee that you will be eligible to join a library but it may be of assistance.
