Who is an Offshore student?

Students classified as Offshore are those students studying through CSU partner and affiliated institutions.

Can I access online collections?

Yes, you can access databases and ebooks online

Can I receive electronic document delivery?

Yes, copies of book chapters and journal articles can be scanned to your email address

Can I borrow from libraries close to me?

All CSU offshore students are welcome to request a Letter of Introduction from the CSU Library to assist you in accessing a library near you. You can use the Ask a Question Web Form to request a Letter of Introduction.
