ProCite records for some types of material (workforms), eg. email, manuscript, map and motion picture, do not match corresponding EndNote templates, and will be transferred to the Generic template in EndNote. These records may need to be manually edited.

Corprate authors are identified in ProCite using an = sign as a prefix, eg. =Department of Agriculture. This prefix is not required in EndNote, and is not included in the transfer of data. A corporate author such as the Department of Agriculture will appear in the resulting EndNote library as a personal author, ie. Department, of Agriculture. Corporate authors in EndNote are entered with a comma at the end of the name, eg. Department of Agriculture,. You can choose to either (a) edit corporate authors that appear in your ProCite database, including a comma at the end of the name, or (b) edit the corporate authors as you find them in the resulting EndNote library.
