Including copyright content in Online Subjects

Staff are not permitted to include copyright material in online subjects using Interact, but copyright material can be made available to students via:

It is also possible to include a link in your online subject to take users directly to a list of documents in the Library's reserve collection for that subject.

The faculty liaison librarian on your campus can help you locate relevant full text articles in these databases, and construct the corresponding internet address [URL] for the link to the article(s).

The Copyright Act 1968 (Cwlth) and the Copyright Amendment (Digital Agenda) Act 2000 (Cwlth) apply to all copyright materials and their use in Australia. More information about the Act and it's application to CSU and other educational institutions can be found on the Library's Copyright page.
