eReserve Linking

Create a link to an article in eReserve:

  1. Locate the item you want to link to using Primo Search.
  2. Click on the 'Details' tab to get the item details.
  3. On the far right of the screen right click on the 'Link to this record' link and select 'Copy Shortcut' (Internet Explorer) or 'Copy Link Location' (Firefox):
  4. Paste the copied link into your webpage or document.

*Please note: Do not use the 'Click here' link located directly above the 'Link to this record' link. That link takes users directly to the PDF of the item and is not Copyright compliant.

Create a link to a subject in eReserve:

  1. Enter your six-digit subject code (eg: psy202) into the "Subject Code" box below.
  2. Click 'Create Link'.
  3. Your complete link will appear in the 'Complete Link' box. If you want to test the complete link to make sure it works, click 'Test Link', otherwise, copy the link and paste it into your document or webpage.
