Monitoring and evaluation of service standards
The LMC has detailed QA procedures applicable to all staff which are promulgated widely and updated annually (or as required). Weekly production meetings assist in the monitoring of adherence to production and dispatch schedules, and the constant monitoring of online forums provides continual feedback on performance. The LMC adopts a process of continual analysis and evaluation with responsibility for incremental improvements the province of the LMC management team.

- Familiarise yourself with the environment within which the LMC functions. The vast majority of services provided by the LMC are high-volume, labour-intensive tasks which are governed by a schedule of immutable deadlines prescribed by Academic Senate. Failure to adhere to deadlines can therefore impact negatively on LMC's quality of service.
