Educational Design
Educational Designers
Educational Designers play a variety of school-based roles: intensive educational design support for major learning resource developments, provision of specified learning and teaching services including a professional development role in relation to CSU Interact. More broadly, Educational Designers support the Quality Enhancement and Evaluation Services section of DLTS in facilitating academic staff development as university teachers. Educational Designers are also involved in learning and teaching innovation projects under the auspices of the Strategic Learning & Teaching Innovation section of DLTS. Educational Designers work with Subject Coordinators and or subject and course development teams to design programs for flexible learning, this development process may be undertaken for the new or existing subjects and courses.
What is Educational Design?
A collaborative approach that seeks to enrich the learning experiences of all students, facilitate curriculum development at the subject and course level, and to extend and develop academics existing teaching approaches.
