Bio
I have been a teacher in the NSW public education system since 1979, working in both large high schools and central schools. I completed my Diploma in Teaching from HAC & NCAE, and updated this to a Degree in Secondary Education from CSU as a distance education student in 1992. I have also completed my Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, a Cert III in Business Administration, and am accredited to teach the Competency based courses of Hospitality and Business Services to Cert II level.
I have been involved with CSU for a few years. I coordinated the forum and marked assignments for the ATTP, VET in Schools subject for 3 years, and also designed and taught the Professional Practice – Food, subject for the School Of Education in Wagga for 2 years. I started work as part time ED in 2008, as well as a Systems Officer role in DLTS.
