I joined LTS (then CELT) with the transfer of Orange Campus of Sydney University to CSU in 2006. From 1998 to 2008 I was employed as an Educational Designer in Orange. From January 2009 I have held the position, Teaching and Staff Development Coordinator. As such I coordinate the entry-level induction program for teaching staff called Foundations of University Learning and Teaching (FULT). I co-convene the follow-on program, the Tertiary Teaching Colloquium. I am involved in developing other initiatives to support academic staff in their teaching.
