About Us

The Office of International Relations provides a range of services and expertise to support the University in the development and management of international programs and linkages. These programs cover a diverse range of activities including transnational education delivery, student exchange and articulation programs.

Staff in the office work closely with Charles Sturt University partners, faculties and divisions to:

  • Identify, develop and manage international partnerships and programs.
  • Identify, develop and manage Australian partnerships that recruit international students.
  • Provide strategic support and project management to CSU Ontario and CSU Study Centres.
  • Develop and manage CSU's student exchange and student mobility programs.

Strategic Direction

The work of the Office of International Relations is directed by key University strategies including:

International Operations Committee

Chaired and administered by Office of International Relations, the International Operations Committee comprises members from Faculties and Divisions of Charles Sturt University and is established to:

  1. Identify and raise issues to senior management that may impact on achieving the University's Internationalisation Strategy.
  2. Consider and respond to issues referred to the Committee by senior management that relate to the University's international activities.
  3. Discuss and review operational and business issues relating to achievement of the Internationalisation Strategy.
  4. Ensure transfer of information, knowledge and identification of linkages in international activities across Faculties and Divisions.
  5. Provide a forum for development and exchange of good practice in international activities.
