 The Ombudsman is an independent, informal, and neutral resource who provides assistance to members of the University community in exploring options to resolve problems, complaints and conflicts. |

 The University Strategy 2007-2011 heads a comprehensive planning framework that aligns the objectives of the institution through a centrally controlled planning, review and budget development processes. |
 The University is in the process of revising its strategy to formulate the University Strategy 2011 – 2015. Components of the planning framework are being progressively updated throughout 2011 to align with upper level documents. |
