Report Fraud, Corruption and Maladministration Section
CSU has established the values which underpin all of its activities. The University is committed to upholding these values, with this commitment being reflected in its organisational structure, policies and procedures. All members of the University Community are encouraged to report concerns that University Values have, or are being violated. This site provides the mechanism to report suspected cases of fraud, corruption or maladministration.
The University's nominated disclosure officers operate under regulations that protect the rights of those making disclosures and those who are the subject of disclosures. Staff members who make disclosures (whistle blowers) are provided with specific legal protection under the Protected Disclosures Act.
Initial reporting points and links to the University's policy on grievances and academic fraud are identified within the Fraud, Corruption and Maladministration Policy and Reporting Procedure. The Policy and Reporting Procedure provides no other coverage to the administration of grievances and cases of suspected academic fraud.
If you wish to make a disclosure please ensure you read and understand the CSU Internal Reporting Procedures in relation to Corrupt Conduct and Maladministration.
