Beyond Graduation Survey (BGS)
The Beyond Graduation Survey (BGS) is conducted by Graduate Careers Australia (GCA) as a detailed investigation into the activities of graduates from Australian higher education institutions three years after the completion of their studies. In 2012, graduates from 39 Australian higher education institutions who completed their studies in 2008 and subsequently provided a response to the 2009 Australian Graduate Survey (AGS) were recontacted and surveyed on their work and study activities. More than 12,800 responses were received. Summary reports present, where available, findings concerning the activities of Australian resident bachelor degree graduates benchmarked against national averages.
