The form must be submitted no later than Monday 19th September 2011.
NB: If you wish to graduate in December 2011, you must ensure that grades of AA, AE, GP, TA, SX, WD, FCR are converted to a substantive grade no later than 11th November 2011. As a testamur is a legal document it is important that your full and correct name appears on it. Unless you advise otherwise your name will be printed on your testamur as it is currently held on our Student Records; you can check your name details on Student Admin Online. If this needs amendment for your testamur please indicate those changes/ corrections here and provide documentary evidence to support the change eg marriage certificate.
Supporting documentation can be posted to Graduation Coordinator, Student Administration Office Charles Sturt University Private Bag 8 Bathurst NSW 2795 or emailed to dsa@csu.edu.au with your student number and “Graduation”in the subject line.
Please also ensure we have your current postal and email address by checking Student Admin Online as we will provide further graduation information closer to the ceremony.
Your testamur includes the name of the course from which you are graduating. This full course name is shown in MyDegreePlanner. If you have any questions about the course name to appear on your testamur please contact the Client Services Team at dsa@csu.edu.au.
In 2011 Graduation ceremonies will be held in December.
