Q. How do I seek a review of my final grade?
A. Students wishing to seek a review of the final grade awarded to them in a subject can submit an Application for Review of Grade. You may like to consult with your Subject Coordinator prior to submitting the application. The application form can be downloaded from the Web and lodged with the Student Administration Office at your campus.
A separate application should be lodged for each subject.
An application for a review of a passing grade should be accompanied with a $40 fee which is refundable should the application be successful.
No fee is payable for an application for a review of a failing grade.
Applications must be lodged within 28 days of the date of notification of the grade.

Q. I have an AA or AE grade. What do I do now?
A. An AA (Additional Assessment) or AE (Additional Examination) grade means you have been offered additional assessment in a subject. You will receive additional correspondence from the Examination Office regarding the offer.
Q. I have a SX grade. What do I do now?
A. A SX (Supplementary Examination) grade is granted for a subject on the basis of misadventure or extenuating circumstances which prevented a student sitting an official examination or which adversely affected the student's performance in an official examination. You will receive additional correspondence from the Examination Office regarding the offer.
Q. What does TA or *** mean and when will my grade be resolved?
A. A TA or *** grade (To be Assessed) means your result is not yet available. A substantive grade will be available when received from your Lecturer or overseas partner.
Q. Who do I contact about my actual marks for exams or assignments?
A. You will nedd to contact the Lecturer of the particular subject.
Q. How do I change my subjects for next session?
A. It is possible to change your subject enrolment for next session by using the Online Administration Office. Alternatively, you can contact your Liaison Officer at Student Administration.
Q. Applying for Leave of Absence for next session.
A. It is possible to apply for Leave of Absence for next session by using the Online Administration Office. Alternatively, you can contact your Liaison Officer at Student Administration.
Q. Cancelling your Course enrolment.
A. It is possible to cancel your course enrolment by using the Online Administration Office. Alternatively, you can contact your Liaison Officer at Student Administration.
Points to Note:
- If you wish to resume studies at a later date you will need to reapply for admission in competition with other students.
- Your Liaison Officer may have information on other options such as applying for leave or transferring course.
