Q. My password doesn't work... It may have expired.
A. For security purposes the Information Technology Division have brought in a new system that requires you to change your password once every 60 days. You should receive email on when your password is going to expire or you can view when it is going to expire on the bottom righthand corner of your my.csu.
Notices are emailed out prior to your password expiring. Your notification to change password emails will be sent to a csu postoffice address unless you specify otherwise. If you use another email address (eg. @hotmail) more often than the one above, you should change it on the redirect email page in my.csu.
To access email that you may have received at your CSU email account and may not have been aware of, please go to http://postoffice.csu.edu.au/cgi-bin/dmailweb.cgi.
