The Division of Learning and Teaching (DLT), comprising approximately 120 staff, reports to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Learning and Teaching) in the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) portfolio. We work in partnership with Divisions, Faculties and Schools to enhance student learning at CSU through supporting our teachers.

Learning Academy promotes academic development, reward and recognition for teaching, peer review of educational practice, scholarship of teaching and learning, educational leadership development, and plays a key role in supporting the implementation of the CSU Institutional Cultural Competency Program.
Learning Design supports, advises and guides CSU staff in the design and implementation of best practice in course and subject design, and the development of effective and appropriate learning and teaching strategies in face-to- face, online and blended learning environments.
Learning Resources leads multimedia resource production for both staff and students and promotes the adoption of open educational resources.
Learning Technologies manages the university's online learning environments and provides leadership and support across the university in relation to learning technologies.
Learning Online, which includes u!magine, works with students and staff to focus on practices that comprise the digital habitat for the community of online learning at CSU and develops world-leading solutions to the main challenges of sustainable distance education.
