CSU Equity Enhancement Project - How To Apply

Applications must be lodged using the following format

  1. Open the EEP Application Form. This is a Word Form where you are only able to alter the sections of the form that are highlighted light grey.
  2. Complete the sections that are highlighted light grey
  3. Print the form
  4. Sign the form
  5. Mail it to:
