For internal staff requiring rooms and catering please complete the below booking request and go to the events website to complete catering requirements.
All other people should contact the Event Booking office at: events@csu.edu.au or view information at the Events Unit homepage.
Classrooms and lecture theatres that have not been scheduled for use by the full-time student and residential school timetables are available to be booked as a 'Casual Room'.
Booking Information
- Please note: Casual room bookings cannot be made in advance of timetable scheduling.
- Autumn & Spring Semester casual room bookings cannot be sent until two (2) weeks after the start of that semester.
- Residential School casual room bookings cannot be made until the school timetable is completed.
- Teaching and examination bookings will take priority over other casual room bookings.
- Bookings can only be made by CSU staff.
- Students and student association clubs or groups cannot book casual rooms directly. They should contact their lecturer or relevant student association representative, to make the booking on their behalf.
- All booking requests should be made at least 2 working days prior to the time needed.
- When completing a Casual Room Booking for Albury or Thurgoona please email sdesk@csu.edu.au.
- All casual room bookings should be made via the online booking form below. An email response will be sent once the booking has been processed.
