About Wagga Wagga Event Unit
At Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga we are committed to excellence in conferences, functions and catering – providing your guests or delegates with quality service.
We are located a short ten minute drive north of Wagga Wagga, the largest inland city in New South Wales, in a lush rural setting, occupying more than 600 hectares.
Established as an Agricultural College in 1896, and as a University in 1989, this centre has been the perfect venue for many conferences and functions, both large and small.
Comfortable accommodation is available for up to 900 guests and we have the largest variety of conference, lecture and meeting rooms in the Riverina.
We are able to offer a range of menus for either formal or informal dining and we provide packages tailored to suit all budgets.

Wagga Wagga Region
