Charles Sturt University provides a diverse range of catering and banqueting services for events of every description, large or small, from silver service to a self cooked BBQ. We utilise fresh local produce to make your meal one to remember.

Wagga Wagga CateringWith the growing awareness of special dietary requirements, it is our desire that people with such needs be well catered for when they visit Charles Sturt University. Our chefs are pleased to assist by supplying alternative meals for special diets such as: vegan, coeliac, halal or vegetarian to name a few.

Within the areas serviced by our Catering Department, all Charles Sturt University wines are available and are served with silver service. Our staff can arrange a wine and cheese tasting for your group at a small charge.

The Charles Sturt University Winery is an integral part of Australia's leading wine and food science school and as such is at the forefront of viticultural practices and wine making techniques. The Winery is located within the University grounds at Wagga Wagga. It was built in 1977 to support the Charles Sturt University teaching program. In 1990 the winery was restructured to become a commercial enterprise. The winery produces its own range of premium table, fortified and sparkling wines and has been awarded 22 trophies, 84 gold, 164 silver and 379 bronze medals in national wine shows.

Wagga Wagga CateringCharles Sturt University Cheese Factory was completed in 1998 with the Cheesemaker commencing in August of that year. Sales of cheese commenced in April 1999 from the Winery Cellar Door, as sales and reputation grew the distribution widened to stores throughout New South Wales and Victoria.
