CSU Student Administration

Student Administration is responsible for coordinating the administration of the graduands for ceremonies at the various locations. They will send out information packages and collate responses.

Academic Dress Hire

Staff at Charles Sturt University can assist you with arrangements for your hire of academic dress academic dress.

You do not need to pre-book outfits as CSU has ample stock to cater for all graduand needs. Staff will be on-hand to assist in dressing you on the day.

If you have any questions about academic dress or would like to hire items at times outside of graduation ceremonies, please download and complete the Order Form below. Academic Dress Purchasing

CSU has a some stock on hand for sale. All items are new and can be purchased as individual items or as an entire outfit.

Graduation Day Photo Service and Instant Degree Framing

GFP Studios are contracted to take on-stage photos as well as studio photos. They also supply an instant framing service on your graduation day.

If you have any questions in relation to photographs or framing, please phone 1300 360 445 or go to the GFP website.

Plaques

Ambassador Productions are contracted to provide a graduation plaque service at all CSU graduation ceremonies. These plaques are your testamur individually laser engraved on a gold metalex plate mounted on rosewood finished timber. They can be ordered on the day and take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Orders after the graduation day should be placed with Ambassador Productions directly.

Flowers

There will be floral services available at the Wagga Wagga and Bathurst graduations. In addition to the arrangements they stock, you can contact them to pre-arrange an order specific to your requirements.

Glamis Court Florist is at Wagga Wagga and can be contacted on 02 6926 3534.
The Bathurst Florist is at Bathurst and can be contacted on 02 6331 1267.

Rings & Merchandise

A large amount of CSU branded items are available for sale at most graduation locations. The range includes clothing, pens, glasses, cups, business items, custom made rings and charms.

DVD/ Video Sales

Ambassador Productions are contracted to record all of the domestic graduation ceremonies for CSU. This recording will be displayed immediately after each ceremony, so you can view it before purchasing. DVD's and Videos can be ordered on the day at the display or through Ambassador Productions at a later date.

Graduation Luncheons

A buffet luncheon is available at Bathurst and Wagga Wagga graduations. Information about the luncheons will be included in the information package sent early in the year.

Graduation Dinner

Bathurst Graduation Dinner

When: Thursday 8th May 2008

Where: James Hardie Dining Room – Located at the Centre for Professional Development

Time: 7.00pm – 10.00pm

Cost: $45.00 per person and this will include finger food, main course and dessert and will also entitle ticket holder entry into the uni bar for entertainment that night.

RSVP will be required by 28th April, 2008 to the Event Booking Office, Bathurst.
