How to find my immunisation information?
Many students are already vaccinated and do not need to have further injections.
Unless you can produce the evidence that supports this then you will be required to complete a course of immunisation stated by NSW Health Department (and this can be expensive).
Your vaccination history information is available from:
- Childhood immunisation records that many of your parents/guardians will have.
- Immunisations that were given at school are kept at the local council community services records. Just ask at your local council chambers for a copy of your immunisation records
- Your local GP will have records if your vaccinations were given by them.
What is NOT accepted
- An Adult Diphtheria and Tetanus (ADT) vaccination. You must have a record of an adult diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis (whooping cough) vaccination.
- Blood serology for HEP B alone. You must have a record of the age appropriate course of vaccination for HEP B and a blood test to show conversion.
