Immunisation - What is needed?
Please view the NSW Health Department website for specific information.
All students will have received an adult immunisation record card with their course acceptance package but if not you will receive one at orientation.
This card needs to be completed by your local GP or immunisation nurse. YOU CANNOT complete this card yourself.
The GP or immunisation nurse needs to complete all the information that is required and also use the practice stamp to finalise the entry.
