John Muk Muk Burke
John Muk Muk Burke is a Wiradjuri man from Narrandera, NSW. He trained as a primary school teacher and also holds a Bachelor and Master's degree, both in English Literature. John has taught at all school levels and in the university sector for 15 years. He is a published novelist and poet and has taught Indigenous Literature in New Zealand and German universities. He is now the Indigenous Learning Skills Advisor at the Wagga Wagga campus of Charles Sturt University.
