Case 5 - Fair use of Distance Education material
You receive your Distance Education package - which includes an introductory audio tape. You listen to the tape (.wav) and scribble a few quick notes.
Several weeks later you are preparing an essay and come across your notes. You have not recorded where the information has come from and you can't remember reading it anywhere, so use your notes as the introduction of your essay.
