Understanding 'your voice' in your writing
In assignments, you are often expected to:
- give your opinion
- argue the case
- put yourself in the writing
- comment, criticise, discuss, etc.
- present your thoughts
- give your interpretation
In other words, you are expected to use 'your voice' throughout your writing.
