Booking Residential School Accommodation

Bookings

All bookings must be made via the online booking form.

When booking you must select dates, campus, your preferred accommodation category and your arrival time.

Payment must be received PRIOR to the end of the residential school through one of the following options:

  • Online payment at time of booking;
  • Online payment at a later date;
  • Remittance Advice (cheque or credit card via post);
  • Cashier payment (during your stay on campus).

Once you submit your booking you will receive a confirmation via email which will include information required for your stay on campus.

Family Bookings

Requests for family bookings are to be emailed directly to ask@csu.edu.au with your name, student ID number, number of people, ages, dates for the nights you require accommodation and the campus you will be staying.

Please note: online bookings cannot be made within 72 hours of your arrival. If you need accommodation within 72 hours, you must go to the check-in counter and pay the 'counter rate' for the duration of your stay.


The Early Bird Rate

NOTE: Please ensure that your booking is correct before submitting, otherwise a $25 change fee will apply!

PLEASE NOTE: Self catered accommodation is only available at Dubbo Campus. Bathurst, Orange and Wagga Wagga campuses offer catered accommodation only, during Residential School periods.

PLEASE NOTE: from 30 July bookings in cottages can not be guaranteed at Wagga Wagga campus during this Residential School due to high demand!! The alternative is that you'll be allocated in the halls.
