If you are attending Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange or Wagga Wagga campus' for your residential school, you may book accommodation to stay on campus. Please refer to the DE Accommodation webpage for further information. Bookings can only be made from five to six weeks prior to the start of the official residential school period. I have not received the confirmation email after submitting my booking for on-campus accommodation, what do I do?
Check which email address you have registered with CSU. The confirmation email address will be sent to the email address you provided to CSU (note: the confirmation is sent as an email not as an eBox message).
To check the email address you have registered with CSU?
- Log in to your my.csu page
- From the menu Quick Links (left hand side on my.csu webpage),
- Click on Personal Info
- Click Your Email Address
- In the User column it says Active Email Address, check the address that is listed next to Active Email Address is the correct one. If not click Redirect Email Address, carefully type in the new email address and click Update Address
If the correct address is listed as your Active Email Address and you have not received your email confirmation you must check the Spam and/or Junk Email settings configured on your email account as they can often block legitimate automatically generated emails from CSU. You will need to add CSU as an approved sender depending on what settings and restrictions your email provider has. You can find information on how to do this in their support pages.
If you redirect your email address it will be updated across CSU systems within 60 minutes.
You must make sure this is a valid address or you will not receive important emails from CSU.
Please be aware that some web based email providers will remove your account if you do not use it for at least 60 days so make sure you retain access to this account.
Your email address must contain 1 @ symbol, no special characters like spaces, commas, quotation marks etc.
