Student Administration is responsible for coordinating the administration of the graduands for ceremonies at the various locations. They will send out information packages and collate responses.

Academic Dress Hire

Staff at Charles Sturt University can assist you with arrangements for your hire of academic dress academic dress.

CSU have ample stock of Academic Dress, but to ensure that we can cater for all graduand needs, we request prepayment of hire two weeks prior to your Graduation.

Staff will be on-hand to assist in dressing you on the day.

Graduation Day Photo Service and Instant Degree Framing

GFP Studios are contracted to take on-stage photos as well as studio photos. They also supply an instant framing service on your graduation day.

If you have any questions in relation to photographs or framing, please phone 1300 360 445 or go to the GFP website.

Plaques

Ambassador Productions are contracted to provide a graduation plaque service at all CSU graduation ceremonies. These plaques are your testamur individually laser engraved on a gold metalex plate mounted on rosewood finished timber. They can be ordered on the day and take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Orders after the graduation day should be placed with Ambassador Productions directly.

The Graduation Degree Plaque are now available to order on-line. This new service allows graduands to pre order, cutting out the need to queue and fill out forms on your graduation day. Graduands get the Degree Plaque at a discount price.

Flowers

There may be floral services available at the Wagga Wagga and Bathurst graduations for flower arrangements for purchase on Graduation Days.

Rings & Merchandise

Many CSU branded items are available for purchase at most graduation locations. The range includes clothing, pens, glasses, mugs, business items, custom made rings and charms. If you wish to purchase any items prior to the graduations please visit our online shop.

DVD / Video Sales

Ambassador Productions are contracted to record all of the domestic graduation ceremonies for CSU. This recording will be displayed immediately after each ceremony, so you can view it before purchasing. DVD's and Videos can be ordered on the day at the display or through Ambassador Productions at a later date.

Graduation Luncheons

Unfortunately due to the new Graduation Schedule, there will be no on Campus Graduation Luncheons.

Alumni
